Service cost varies within the price range shown depending on the level of the stylist. Prices are subject to change & may vary based on specific requirements.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time.
Due to scheduling commitments to other clients’ schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late. If there is availability, we will offer another team member to take care of your needs.
As an appointment-based salon, your scheduled appointment time is reserved for you only. If you need to cancel, a 24-hour cancellation is required so that we may free up your appointment time to accommodate another guest.
All “no shows” will be charged 50% of their service ticket. Cancellations within 24 hours will be asked to reserve their next appointment with a deposit.
We understand that emergencies do arise, and we will address them accordingly. We thank you for your understanding – without your cancellation, we are not able to fill this reservation with another guest.
As a courtesy, appointment reminder phone calls are made usually 1 working day prior your scheduled appointment. Despite our reminders, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember appointment dates and times to avoid late or missed appointments and being charged according to our policy.
If you are not satisfied with your product, we will gladly accept returns on products within 30 days of purchase.
Should you experience any issues following your service, please contact us within 7 days and we will be happy to arrange a consultation to determine whether any complimentary corrective services are required.
Cut or color adjustments will be addressed complimentary within 14 days of your original appointment.
They are nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash or credit. Gift certificates expire 12 months after purchase. The value will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates must be presented at time of service.
